The sending provider is used in accordance with our legitimate interest under Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f) GDPR and an order processing contract in accordance with Article 28 Paragraph 3 Sentence 1 GDPR.
The sending provider can use the data of the recipients in the form of a pseudonym, ie without any assignment to a user in order to optimise or improve its own services, for example for technical optimisation of the sending and the display of the newsletter or for statistical purposes. However the sending provider does not use the data of our newsletter recipients in order to contact them itself or in order to pass the data on to third parties.
